2. Evaluation Program

The evaluation program is designed to assess your trading skills and risk management capabilities. By participating:

• You agree to follow all trading rules and guidelines
• You acknowledge that you are trading with virtual capital during evaluation
• You understand that passing the evaluation does not guarantee future profits
• You agree that evaluation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

3. Funded Trading Account

Upon passing the evaluation, you will receive a funded trading account subject to the following:

• You must comply with all risk management rules
• Profits are split according to your plan's profit share agreement
• You are trading with PropTrader's capital, not your own
• PropTrader reserves the right to close accounts that violate trading rules

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading can result in significant losses
• You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose
• You are responsible for understanding the risks involved in trading

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent rules
• Engaging in arbitrage or latency arbitrage strategies
• Account manipulation or cheating of any kind
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Using our platform for any illegal activities

6. Payouts

Payout terms and conditions:

• Payouts are processed within 24-48 hours of request
• You must comply with all trading rules to be eligible for payouts
• PropTrader reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activity
• Payout methods and fees may vary

7. Account Termination

PropTrader reserves the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited trading activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the platform or evaluation process

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by PropTrader. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PropTrader is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, technical issues, or platform downtime.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropTrader operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
